Y do blacks not tip?

Im a pizza delivery man while im here at college at Georgia Southern university. Y is it that many times black people do not tip a delivery driver? I mean i hate to be racist, but i can look at the name on the ticket and pretty much tell if im getting a tip or not. Y is this?
