Blonde people may have a bit blonder pubic hair than dark haired people, but hardly totally blonde. Pubic hair’s texture is different from other hair and I think that’s why it isn’t the same colour.

From what I have read, Redheaded folks have a different pigment than the rest of us.

I personally am a very hairless male, no hair even under my pits, but rest assured I have pubes down there. A lot of asian people are quite hairy, thought probably not to the extent that some whites and middle eastern people are.
