Are there differences in male and female urine samples that can be detected by urine tests or drug tests?

If tested for, metabolites of sex hormones such as estrogens and testosterones can be measured and used to differentiate male from female (both sexes make both hormones, but in largely differing quantities). There’s probably other differences, too, but these stand out most. Also, if pregnant, human chorionic gonadotropin shows up in urine; this is the basis of urine-based pregnancy tests.
