Our Government seems to have stringent immigration restrictions on Non-European nationals. The 1990 Census calculated the Caucasians population to be 70% in the US. Why are the restrictions not in the reverse form? It seems the US has opened the doors for Eastern Europeans. Correct my data if wrong!
