I have tried to find out why it seems that in the Black culture, there seems to be a lack of ambition, initiative etc. in raising one’s children. In just about every other ethnicity that comes to America, it seems that in one or two generations the majority are college graduates and/or business owners. Can someone explain? Please use only my FIRST NAME and LAST INITIAL.
