    I live in Canada, and many of my friends and I don’t shave our legs or underarms. We belong to a bit of a leftist bohemian crowd where this is okay, but most people around here seem to view it as gross and/or assume it makes one a lesbian. We clearly are not the majority. But what about other places? I’ve heard that in most places in Europe, women don’t shave. Is this true? What about Australia? Israel? (Both places I may be sent to for a school research project.) What about other places? Do most women where you live shave, or not?
