ShirleyAveryParticipantI don’t know if it was a law, but drivers used to yield to pedestrians more often. Now, many drivers, esp. in public parking lots, just zoom ahead and make pedestrians wait regardless of how bad the weather is, regardless of the age or disability or pregnancy of the pedestrian. I know everyone is a hurry, but why so rude? Just Curious
