JayMemberWhy is racism bad? It seems to me that most people are fundamentally racist, including those that oppose it most vociferously. Is not racism just a way of trying to make sense of the world, i.e. using induction to make general assumptions from specific cases? True, these assumptions are not correct 100% of the time, but then again, some mammals lay eggs. Is it not futile to try to repress these racist impulses?
