Recently I’ve had a problem at work. I had to report the incident to the Director of the facility to ‘sort’ the situation to a minimum. My question is, why does it seem that white people have a harder time dealing with the ‘race card’ issue-especially if they know the issue is race related? In addition, when a person (of color)apologizes for something they know they did wrong-what’s the deal with not accepting the apology?
