I find that African-Americans for the most part rarely tip at a bar, and at restaurants leave usually only a minimum gratuity. Yet more often than not, they are very demanding and requests or special orders are typical. Is this because of not knowing protocol or not having the KSA’s (knowledge, skills, abilities) to tip? Or is it some other reason? Reverse racism, etc.?
