I’ve noticed a few co-workers, particularly of Asian descent, feeling quite comfortable picking their nose in plain sight. Is this common?

My VERY Caucasian boss not only picks his nose, he scratches his crotch and butt, and generally behaves in a manner I would normally associate with a high school dropout or truck driver.
