Nephew, 18 yrs old, must wear diapers.No control over bladder and bowells. He’s very careless about keeping clean. Usually smells pretty bad. Parents just ignore problem as does he. Why doesn’t he do something about this probleem? Girls aren’t interested in him. I think he’s become lazy and complacent about this? What would you tell him to make himaware of his ‘odors’?
