P-J-BakerParticipantI am a 53-year-old black elementary school principal and am proud of that fact. I have noticed in social settings where there might be a high degree of blue-collar workers that much is expected of someone who holds this title and position. Why do people seem to expect more from someone who holds a position such as this than they expect from themselves? This includes behavior, speech, actions.
