Bill HudnallMemberI am from the deep south and was raised to be tolerant of people. I confess to annoyance at the overly loud behavior of blacks in situations where others don’t consider making a commotion: restaurants, grocery stores, in public in general. Do they not recognize the inappropriatness of such behavior? In truth, I see it as regressive and uncivilized.
