Do most Africans dislike African Americans?

I have a friend from Cameroon, who is black, and has lived in this country for a year. He is a very educated man but he tells me he ‘cannot tolerate’ African Americans. He tells me that the majority of African Americans he meets are often offensive to him and lack a sense of respect. He tells me that he feels that African Americans would use him given the chance and he has lost his trust through various experiences. He says he does not respect African-American culture. He tells me that most of his African friends feel the same. Do most Africans dislike African Americans?
