Sue27740ParticipantSince the birth of my baby 9 yrs ago I’ve been experiencing some serious bladder control problems. I’ve been told by my gynaecologist that this is apparently the case with nearly 40% of women who are torn during birth. Short of exercises (which I do) and hoping for the best there is apparently not much to be done. He showed me the relevant medical journal publication. Even with exercises apparently I should get used to the idea of running for the loo before I try to laugh out loud. I really cannot believe that this is all there is. It’s brought me horrible situations at work etc.. Any doctors out there who know better? Any women out there who are / have been in similar situations and know of remedies?
