I’m a 29 year old male and I shave everything below the belt, my wife and previous girlfriends always loved it. No hair to mess with, and I never found it bothersome as I kept up on it. It’s probably the same deal as with women. Same reasons. Oral always seemed better and easier to get if you don’t have a lot of hair.
