i think that you may be wrong, because i’m from venezuela, and when we talk to north americans, or european people or any other nationality, we never refer to us, we never say spanish, actually we hate when somebody says that we are ‘spanish’, we say venezuelan, or colombianos (from colombia), mexican, argentinos (argentina)… etc. so, i think that you are wrong.
